Patek Philippe

I'm glad you appreciated it Bruno!

I agree about the WT, especially the 5230... I'll post a little more details about it tomorrow, Friday and expect to post about the 5930 a little after that.

I wonder if the 5930 is not made to be a different offer, more casual (but less than the 5524 Pilot) and more complicated.

I imagine that white gold for 5930 is for being able to appeal to the wider array of clients from the first launch of the watch, which is an important moment for a novelty such as this one.

We've both been attracted by the 5170R, even if it may not be our favorite. Still on honey moon Bruno ?

I've seen the 5070G lately, which I could hold for a long time and the case is outstanding...

I thought we'd had a new 5170 but also a 5270 too indeed.

We finally think the same way :p

About the Nautilus, it is difficult to know when but... we'll see

I must say that since I saw the 5230, the Nautilus novelty less interests me yet. Maybe it is because I'm also totally satisfied by the 5712.

Happy they didn't unveil the collection together with the Nautilus. One would have overshadowed the other.

I had the same interrogation about the 6300G. I thought that, as the central piece of the 175th collection, it could maybe remain as it was (i.e. 7 pieces).

I imagine we won't hear much about it after Basel anyway but still... a little strange.

On the other hand, it is a shame not to have more than 7 of these marvels as they are real technical masterpieces. I think that as it wasn't a pocket watch, people really underestimate what it represents in such a small volume.

I'll write something about it if I can later in the year.

Thanks for sharing your first impressions Bruno smile

Cheers, Mark
