I’m a sucker for a good chrono, so the 5170 would fit nicely and agree that if you can source a leaf hands version even better small detail. However, also have the 6119R and either that or the 6119G is quintessential Patek dress that can also go casual so well and work with many straps.

Size is always a matter of personal preference. For my 17,5 cm wrist the 37mm of the 5110P feels just perfect. I recently checked a 5130R which imho was a bit too big for me. Maybe due to the long lugs.
