I would tke a short vacation and fly to
Geneva.
The Swiss prices are good because of the low VAT. In addition to that, the Geneva Salon is worth of seeing, the PP Museum is wonderful and from the Salon you will get a new watch and wonderful service.
They will open the new watch in front of your eyes but there is no chance to get a "sealed" watch back home.
