Number 4, there are no guarantees that you won't be toyed with. The best you can do is make yourself likable.
My advice to you is to be likable. But considering you're asking about how to beat the system and you have no loyalty to your dealer, then I can't really see why anyone would be loyal to you. Perhaps the best advice to you is treat others like you want to be treated, and hopefully the dealer will treat you back kindly. I know my dealer would do that.
Be someone the dealer has invested in. Not just another transaction.
