My advise!
5159 should not be a difficult watch to acquire directly from an AD, brand new / sealed!! I believe the retail here in US is around $99k and sometime you might be able to find one available I'm stock with the larger ADs. One of my friends bought a brand new one from a local AD who was able to get one for him within a couple of weeks last year at this time.
I would be very careful with "sealed" watches on the gray market; there are a lot of reputable after market dealers that can get you a fairly good deal on this particular piece; so, as the cliche goes "buy the seller. Please don't let a sealed watch give you a false sense of security that everything is perfect. Whenever I have bought any piece on the secondary market, my preference has always been an unsealed watch that I can touch, feel, and most importantly make sure that everything works just right!
Finally, I must say that this watch is a fabulous, stunningly beautiful piece; and the officers case is a work of art.
