Very famous design, starting in the 1930's, quite frequent.
Here is the Unique Perpetual Calendar with white enamel dial with the hands you will recognize. Started in 1898 as a lady's pendant-watch converted to a wristwatch in 1925. I think it's now belonging to the Patek Museum. All displays are instantaneous jumping ones.

It has maybe been used in other brands as well. Hands are often common from a brand to the other, I don't know if it is created by Patek or existed before, didn't push that far
