Blued seconds hand is cherry on top.

Indirect centre seconds movement is one that they modified from movement with small seconds running at 6 o’clock by adding gears to relocate the seconds to the middle. Here is a good article: https://revolutionwatch.com/the-evolution-of-the-patek-philippe... 

I think I'd have to be a watchmaker to follow everything they're describing but I understand now what indirect center seconds means. Thanks for the info.

I find every variance of the signature very charming. Especially when looking through the loupe.

I have ref.1289 that I picked up last year. Dated back in 1961. The patina is great. Downside is being a very small piece, it is abit difficult to wind. ...  

I have never seen this reference and it’s truly special. Enjoy and wear it in the best of health.
