I am trying to diversify a bit - and find that Patek does offer an option for every mood...and while it is tempting to get another Nauti or Aquanaut I just don’t find the need and would rather go for a different model altogether.

For sure you have an impressive array of Patek watches and chromatic differences. I would love to show you differences in blue hues, from Patek, but there are chances it won't happen.
As the 5070P is an impossible target. And I am still running after a 5100 G, the Manta 10 Days. But who knows, maybe one day! Your collection is top. May you go deeper into the Patek Universe! Best, Nicolas

For a next piece, I'd probably go with:
1) a grand complication (a PCC, as you say, would be hard to beat); or 2) a rare handcraft (e.g., 5089 or 5177). You'd certainly qualify to apply for it, and that would also give you the Calatrava "for free"!
