Very happy to have you with us on WatchProSite! I'm not one to compare brands. Patek makes great watches. Period. Jaeger-LeCoultre makes great watches too, the movement finishing (especially the polished anglage) isn't up to my personal level, but I still buy their watches because they look fantastic on my wrist and it's high horology just without the finishing. And Vacheron Constantin makes another 3-hand watch just like your Patek Philippe that I think about all the time (the Traditionelle model with the sub seconds like yours).
