We use “heirloom” for most coffees from Ethiopia because we cannot determine the dna and provenance exactly . They are a mix of wild and not wild cultivars reflecting a very long evolution of different species. but they are still so typical for Ethiopia. And the best in the world if you ask me!
Fits the 5320g. It’s a “new” creation; You’re not really sure about all the elements but you just know there’s a beating Patek DNA in every details and in a very unique way.
