For the 570 being such a “simple” watch there are certainly lots of variations in the dials, indices and hands over its long production run.

I was at the right place at the right time.

But I love the cleanliness and classic aesthetic of these vintage Calatravas. Great choice.

The "Patek Philippe" and "Geneve" lettering are enamel, not the actual dial. This is contrast to later models that have the letters printed flat on the dial. The letters on this dial are raised and gives the whole dial a sort of 3-D effect.

I am looking for another “simple” watch to compliment my 570. Something with either a different case shape or dial color. I have my eye on one specific piece and will definitely share it here if it comes to fruition.
