To answer your question Richard..
For my relatively small wrist(6.5"),it sits and feels perfectly and I'm not just saying that.Other Pateks that I have tried such as the 5070 or 5102 are somewhat on the big side for me and others ie. 5159,5040etc. didn't somehow fill out sufficiently on the wrist.It also doesn't feel chunky or heavy and a watch with such complications it's quite an achievement.So everything adds up to a perfect Patek,for me anyway.

The regular one doesn't fit me well especially on deployant (wrist challenged,like you). With this, it is so much more comfortable and the deployant is centred on the wrist. If you are still on standard issue, I suggest you switch to the short strap.Diffe...

I have my straps custom made by Camille, whom also make straps for Patek. I have them made for me at 75/105 mm with 3mm padding instead of the Patek 4mm , and I also made it double croc like the Dufour's straps (which are made by Camille too) Besides this...
