In the US, Breitling is scheduled to resume service on May 15. He spoke to his contact yesterday and the information is from her. My watch was in for a couple of weeks before they closed and should be done in a couple of weeks after they reopen. They were pretty prompt on repairs before the shutdown. No word on what the backup is like for new repairs if you were to send in now.
