Thanks for sharing and for me these are the moments that are the most memorable ones . Collecting memories while collecting watches. I do have some pieces that have a great story behind them and for me this is priceless and what i really look for when collecting a new piece nowadays.

cbb's brother Khun Nick was sadly only in his early 60s :-( Since he is the eldest, he knew more about
his father's journey and was so generously in sharing his family's horological history with me on a video call even though he and I had not met previously.
Tragic.

My dad had Vacheron, FP Journe, Lange & Sohn, Ulysse Nardin, Haldiman and Franck Muller, etc. He knew Franck and FP quite well.
