The short production run of this variant, to me, makes sense and I know taste might change in future but I live in this moment, now…and yes, will enjoy this very minute as I typed.

I feel a bit flimsy and not too attracted to it…later on, as you know, getting one at retail becomes “impossible”, but I’m open to a 5711/1R or new 5811, if I can get one from AD. My collection theme is about families, hence the spectrum.

I felt something missing and the “metallic” look brush dial didn’t speak to me but like you said, there is something for everyone 👍🏻 It is good to have options.
