Around 2011 I bought a pre owned white gold Daytona for a very reasonable price, white dial with black sub dials (can never remember if that’s reverse panda or panda). Really loved that watch, but one of my many flaws is I get tired of things and want something different. I made one of the stupidest trades in my life and to ad insult to injury a couple years later the secondary market goes crazy. I really miss that watch.

If you never warmed up to it - then right decision
to let it go, especially when prices went up to let you get and focus on the pieces you really want and enjoy. A true sign you went with what you love and not hype.

Took some interest out of this hobby for me... I went to the Patek salon in Paris, was allowed in but no sales staff would attend to me as I did not make a reservation. However Maxence showed great hospitality across the street at the ALS boutique.
