In my very personal opinion, something is missing because the watch still gives off Datejust-vibes due to the fluted bezel and I never really fell in love with the Datejust

I really wanted to like this watch
As I find the movement interesting and on paperI like elements of it. But the overall piece feels very cold. It didnāt wake any emotions in me.

Is the next watch on my list. I love the movement tech and how thin it is. I know the dial is controversial but I applaud them for doing something different than what they usually do, often being conservative to a fault.

I think itās watch dependent. I love my 5712 and my Rolexes.
But some watches look better on a strap.
Use Datejust as a guide...

I have to agree. I love Rolex but there only two Iād be interested (and unlikely to get)
- titanium YM and Le Mans Daytona. Otherwise thankfully I feel like my Rolex collection is complete.
