My "Concept 2" rower probably sees the least amount of use. Bottom 10% in the country I bet.
I am pretty sure he has good genes to start with. After that comes lifestyle and diet with access to good healthcare.

For me it’s not necessarily about how long I live but being fit and keeping pains and disease away as much as possible. That requires staying fit. Having been a lazy bum most of my life, I started a new routine a couple of years ago where I row 45 minutes...
I can’t imagine I’d ever find that machine enjoyable
But I’ll put in the request and be delightfully surprised if it ever gets done!
I didn’t enjoy it much to begin with.
I started with 5 minutes until it felt manageable and eventually gratifying….and the added 5 min. It was a long build up with progressively increasing the fly wheel resistance as well. I think building slow is the ticket.
I also use my Rolex Submariner to time my work out.
