Wow, I love this post. Very inspiring…
For me it’s not necessarily about how long I live but being fit and keeping pains and disease away as much as possible. That requires staying fit.
Having been a lazy bum most of my life, I started a new routine a couple of years ago where I row 45 minutes EVERY day. It has helped me tremendously getting in shape and get rid of pains in my back, my neck and legs…Rowing is one of the best ways to exercise for a number of reasons…. It has almost become meditation for me now.
Say hello and thank you Carl and Norman from me. Please tell them I will keep this picture as a guide of staying on course. And an inspiration to do even more.
