Rolex

Inspired by the announcement of new Rolex model at Watches and Wonders today I’m enjoying my “pre-Land Dweller” model ☺️☺️☺️. This is reference 1630 c1978 which actually it is not powered by a quartz movement watch but by a mechanic/automatic movement 157...  

I guess the new Land Dweller is very similar though of course with an improved movement and a bit different central links in the bracelet. Best, Abel

But I'm almost sure that it looks a little better in real life (it almost always does). But still, aesthetically, I feel more attracted to 1530, 1630 or Oysterquartz. Do you like it?

Viewing it in person and specially trying it on our wrists allows to better judge it. My personal opinion: I like it overall. Of course I would like a plainer dial without the honeycomb pattern and post indexes or may be with Roman numbers. I like the cas...
