The flavors are all special .... but it has been a while since i bought them (because i ate too much of them ... LOLOL) ... equateur-flavor is a dark chocolate with a dark bitter chocolate-cream i think .... . You can't go wrong with these chocolates, they're all very tastefull ... .

i'd say it depends whether you're getting them fresh. those chocolatiers are like patisseries that make macarons - if they're not fresh, they don't taste the same. i actually prefer pierre herme's macarons to his chocolates. payard truffles are good. but ...
