McConnell's Fine Ice Creams
It isn't a trip to Santa Barbara unless you have ice cream at McConnel's! They have a location on State Street but IMO the one on Mission is much better. Both places usually have long lines:
There's a reason they have long lines, their ice cream is absolutely delicious! generous portion at a reasonable price too! You can get to sample seasonal flavors and do a 2 flavor/1 scoop:
