First, no panic.
Second, we all get from time to time a wrong delivered watch.
Third, at the end the problems would be solved.
We are people and we are not without the failures we make in life.

Nevertheless, you sit with a Vacheron Constantin that does not run.
You probably worked your ass off for the watch, so you want a good running Vacheron Constantin.
When starting with a first watch, many of us take the plunge with an affordable watch. To experience what it is like having a mechanical watch this is smart to do.
Later on in life, we move a bit to luxury watches, ending up with a nice collection of watches that gives you satisfaction.

AD’s, sellers, come to your path.
This is important to.
AD’s are not cheap, but offer a good service and they are there for you when your watch have problems.
Sellers can be good or bad. I experienced great ones and bad ones.
I decided to build a relation with an AD, and i know sellers which i will keep as good watch buy sources for the future.

Keep us informed, there must be a way your new watch can work nicely.
Replacement of the watch is not always the best option, because a little overseen detail can be overlooked.
Go to your AD, and i am curious what the result would be.

I stopped when I felt the resistance, the watch went on for like 10 secs and suddenly it stopped, this watch as far as I know doesn’t have hacking seconds so when the second stopped I was like wha? The movement also completely stopped

I don't know about the consumer's right where you are but in the UK and Europe the consumer can get his money back within the first 30 days of a faulty item. Let us know what happens.
