hacking seconds?

i assume this model has the stop seconds for setting the exact time to the second

if the movement worked ok in the shop and can be fully wound
then i would assume that the lever that stops the balance wheel
may be  the problem-if you turn over the watch to the movement
you may see the problem-as a small brass curved lever may still be touching the balance wheel
if you pull out the crown and push home a few times this may clear it
if not it has jumped out of the groove it sits in and will need watchmaker attention
to put it back in place
