Thanks for reminding us of these wonderfully square creations 
If you add the tank-style, where the lugs are an extension of the flanks, you could probably another half-dozen references. This 4108 was a most prolific model, produced from the late 1930s clear up to the mid 1950s in several metals and with a few dial changes.
And let's not forget square pocket watches!! I came sooo close to picking this one up but, alas, it was not to be. From 1914 and exceptional in having a platinum case NOT by Verger Freres.

I wasn’t aware of the ref. 4108, unfortunately.
