in terms of sales and of auction results, they are the holy trinity. But in terms of horology, I find Rolex to be far behind VC, PP and even AP. I don't fully respond to what VC has been doing these past few years and I'm waiting for them to rediscover th...

That does not at all mean they are “losing it” and the market would say otherwise.

I had the chance to try a couple of times the platinum version and I must say I felt in love with it … if there wasn’t this small, nagging details of price tag. The movement, the combination of complications, the relative scarcity. What is not too love? I...  

But I think I personally don't respond to the tourbillon at 12. I prefer hidden tourbillon because I like solid dials and I find the front opening to be even more disturbing at 12 than at 6 o'clock. But it's just me of course, and there's a lot to love ab...
