That you use a Submariner for diving. I used to do it many years ago and I'm planning to do it again sometime in the future. It's sad it has nearly transformed into a luxury item only!

I was fortunate to dive with both son and daughter who became my best dive buddies ever and made some unforgettable dives with them when they were young (and I was younger too! Lol!) Now I had quit diving regret to say but good memories will never be gone...

One can go deeper in the water than I'll EVER go and one sees NO WATER! Guess which is which!

As much as I love the vintage Sea Wolf there's a confident easiness to wearing a new watch that you know can take regular wear and tear...a bit of knocking around and actual water resistance that you can count on. But yes...I fully enjoy them both just in...

Does that 1932 version you picture there have a water-tight case that surrounds the watch? I've seen pictures and articles about that (and a Rolex that was "water-proofed" in a similar manner) but I didn't know about the watch with exposed crown etc as yo... 

First and following versions have a slightly different case style as you can see. Mine the case has a rubber seal. It was an improvement over the first version. Both have a small latch which secure both parts. I enclose a picture from Omega site and a few...

Possibly second only to Bill’s here when it comes to dive watches. So many spectacular watches and shots - and I am sure accompanied by just as many fantastic memories 👌🏻👍🏻

Most of my dive watches are collector pieces and desk divers but there are three or four that I actively used during many years to dive with them long before I started collecting watches so those keep some unforgettable memories in them... but regrettably...

Regret to say the Super Kon Tiki is a very rare watch down here. As a matter of fact I found only one in the last say ... ten years, and it was in such a poor condition that I refused to buy it. And I confess you... that now I regret I did that. I should ...

I looked up the reference, something I’m doing with a lot of Omega’s lately. To me it is a beautiful, simple even clinical piece of watch design that looks amazing on whatever strap you use. Kudos 🙏🏻
