Apropos, you make it too complicated

 

It's not about empathy (or lack thereof), statistical significance, whining, or disdain.  All that description and assumption is rather over the top, to say the least.  


It's quite simple--I don't think PuristSPro is the right place to complain about perceived customer service.  Maybe I have had it wrong all this time, but I am here to learn about watches and other fine things, and I have come to expect topics on this site that stay above certain issues.  It really speaks more to my respect for this site, than to my level of empathy for Iceman's problems.  None of us would feel good in his situation, though some would handle it differently.
