I was contacted late friday afternoon by lange singapore.
I was informed that my 1st malfuction watch was returned to me by the AD in germany. ( this i know already on mid febuary ....are u kidding me? )
I was also informed of the basic serviced done to the 2nd watch,but no details about what was wrong with the zeitwerk?( which is specifically what i wanted to know)
Remember i had 2 identical zeitwerk malfunction at short period of time
I ask why no updates on the cause of the problem with the zeitwerk?
Her answer was Lange singapore couldnt get an answer from HQ with regards to the problem with the watch. No reply from the CS in germany that handle my case. So now She has to check directly with Lange technical dept with regards to why the watch malfunction.
This surprised me. I assumed that lange HQ requested Lange singapore to communicate with me after seeing this thread ,To excercise damage control. I was given the impression by lange singapore during the discussion on last wednesday that they will provide me with satifactory communication and answer by friday 3 rd may.
But lange singapore is not able to get answer from HQ when ask about the problem with the watch? No reply from CS who handle my case before. ????? She is facing the same problem i had.This only confirm to me what i experience before. Imagine Lange Senior staff cant even communicate between themselves. No surprise what happened to me.
Naturally, i was not happy. When i mention that i feel lange is not serious about handling my case. The Lange representative said that she is just bridging between me and HQ and gave me the impression that i should actually be thankful that she is HELPING.....( i should sent her a flower and thank you card for the information she provided me) SERIOUSLY........I SHOULD THANK LANGE FOR HELPING ME ?????????? HELPING ME???? Do you believe this ????
Words cannot discribe how dissapointed i was again. Not only lange didnt make an effort to make me feel better. in fact, they just make it worst for me.
it would be nice if lange Singapore would just apolagizes to me for the lack of information they have at that moment (instead of explaining to me its not her fault that HQ is not responding.)And ask for more time so that she can collect an accurate responds to me. I would be more than happy to give her the extra time.
But no, instead they feed me with news that i already know, and expect me to be happy because i got a reply on friday. Never once did they mention on the responds on last friday when they are going to update me on the zeitwerk or make things right for me or apolagizes to me for the lack of information????? Is it me or lange doesnt understand anything about customers need?
Does it strike me that they are not serious in handling this case? Is there a serious problem of communication within Lange? Is lange covering up a serious problem with the movement of the zeitwerk?
Since last friday, i have not recieve any more update. One week of silence.
