How did Lange respond if you...

 

... told them about the problems with these two watches?

I would hope that they would fix the DS case immediately, at no cost, under warranty.

The PLM (which PLM model?) is out of warranty after 3 years, so I wondered how Lange handled that problem. 3 years is still a very short time for such a problem to occur even if it is out of warranty.

The other thing I was curious about is what Lange wrote in the "Watch History Book" (if you gave them that book when you had your watches serviced). I have never included the "Watch History Book" when returning them for service. I wasn't sure if many other people did that.
