One of the reasons i ask to directly communicate w Lange is because the 2 watch are bought from different source but i am the owner of both. To make the communcation more straightforward and because 2 identical broken lange belongs to same owner , i thought it will give some urgency to Lange to really look into the problem.
I really wanted to know what happen to both watches. If it had the same problem, and if other zeitwerk owners are experiencing the same , if so , then clearly there is a serious fault with the Zeitwerk movement or parts.
And if Lange knowingly sold these watches with knowledge of these problem, then it becomes a legal issue.
I am really curious why they didnt give me a report on my 2 nd watch. I think we the owner have the right to know .
Just like when u service your car, you will always be told what went wrong and what was done. Just my 2 cents
