"To break the rules you must first master them" following up on the 15202 cock-up
I had to call the AP Dealer yesterday to get any news of the 15202 mix up. They had just replied with a very short message to the AD saying " we apologise for the misunderstanding and will send you the watch ASAP".
Still no clue on when they will send it back. As my AD said on the phone: "you will never have AP call anything they do a mistake-we're used to that"
They definitely master the rules of covering their own aXX, so I hope they break that one soon and start following the basic rules of transparent customer services and keeping watches in the right boxes.

I understand what you're saying-but still even if I get it back how do I know it hasn't been round and delivered to another guy in Hong Kong and worn for a couple of weeks etc... People involved yes, but this is basic shit putting watches in the right box...
