Ending was not really happy at all
Hi Michael and everyone else. I went to pick it up last week; that was almost 9 days after I had the wrong watch delivered. Watch was nicely packed-see pictures. However when I unpacked I found scratches that I couldn't recognise and I refused to take the watch home Friday. Just too much. See pictures I took at the AD Having talked earlier with BAGIJN CUSTOMER SERVICE B.V.. as the watch was not in AP's database when I called Switzerland. They told me that the packaging department had made a mistake. When my AD called Bagijn they said that the reason why it had took so long to send the watch out was that they wanted to be sure that the wrong watch ( a 20 year old RO with quartz movement), would come back first. Hey-the watch never left the AD why would they not send it back-it was not with me??? My friend in the AD work shop remembered the watch and he agreed with me that these scratches were not there when I delivered it. I also had some pictures of the watch where the scratches were not there. When the AD talked with Bagijn, they just said that they had't even had time to look at my watch when they sent the wrong one to me, and that they had not sent it out to the wrong person, they always work on rubber mats so they couldn't have scratched it. They claim they couldn't make 2 mistakes-Hang on-mixing one package with another is just one mistake. I wanted to claim a new bezel, but AD thinks it's waste of time. Do I really want to send the watch back to Bagijn? Not really. PS BTW when I called Bagijn to explain what my problem was earlier. the woman that took the phone said: Ahhh you got a wrong watch sent? was it a better one? These guys are throwing around watches and jokes-I like funny, don't get me wrong, but this is sad. AP please take control of this situation.

AP should stand behind there service department if they sent the wrong watch to you.
