Open letter to AP
The 15202 is an icon. Fantastic watch.The movement almost a reference. Bracelet looks as it's manufactured by God. The thinness of the watch is intriguing. The way it slips under your shirt discretely and almost feels like a second skin in unparalleled. I have it back on my wrist now more despite AP than thanks to AP. I found a specialist that had been working in Le Sentier to rectify the scratches it had suffered on the bezel very gently and he did a marvellous job-see picture. After all that it had suffered we just gave up to take the matter further and keep discussing with a company that washes it hands at every occasion. To send it back again was just not an option and the trust in AP was just below zero; the whole matter would just get worse. Even your moderator on this forum seems to take part of the queue in in front of the sink, saying there are lots of layers in this story.

1)I give my watch in for extended service-it has to go to an AP service centre because it is loosing more then 4 seconds pr. day
2) It goes to an AP centre that is the one designed for the Nordic countries
3) The wrong watch comes back
4) It takes 4 days for them to acknowledge that they have made a mistake-they call it a misunderstanding. It takes more than a week to get the right watch
5) When I finally get the watch back it has scratches that I can't recognise. AP centre denies everything and claims that have nothing to do with this what so ever.
I would really like to post a good ending to this story-I guess the good ending is that it's an amazing watch-I just hoped that someone would have taken action, responsibility and rectified the issue with the same format as this watch has been thought up initially.

AP should stand behind there service department if they sent the wrong watch to you.
