“I absolutely adore my 15202. That can give room for a little arrogance and not answering emails, but [AP’s] mix of arrogance, stupidity, radio silence and basic logistic failures, that is a dangerous mix"

“People involved yes, but this is basic shit putting watches in the right boxes, … If I had not opened the watch wrap and kept it in a locker for a year I would have had a bad case after that…. This is unacceptable by all standards”

“A couple of days down the AP nightmare day and I'm still without news. Not even an email or sign that they are working on it - radio silence”
Nov 14
“[AP] definitely master the rules of covering their own aXX, so I hope they break that one soon and start following the basic rules of transparent customer services and keeping watches in the right boxes”
Nov 17
“Still radio silence from AP. Can you guys believe this?”

“I have tried to post questions on other matters through [AP’s] website earlier before this happened, and had no response”

“Do I really want to send the watch back to Bagijn? Not really. PS BTW when I called Bagijn to explain what my problem was earlier. the woman that took the phone said: Ahhh you got a wrong watch sent? was it a better one? These guys are throwing around watches and jokes- I like funny, don't get me wrong, but this is sad. AP please take control of this situation”

“Dear AP, there is just one layer in this story.
1)I give my watch in for extended service-it has to go to an AP service centre because it is loosing more then 4 seconds pr. day
2) It goes to an AP centre that is the one designed for the Nordic countries
3) The wrong watch comes back
4) It takes 4 days for them to acknowledge that they have made a mistake-they call it a misunderstanding. It takes more than a week to get the right watch
5) When I finally get the watch back it has scratches that I can't recognise. AP centre denies everything and claims that have nothing to do with this what so ever. I would really like to post a good ending to this story-I guess the good ending is that it's an amazing watch-I just hoped that someone would have taken action, responsibility and rectified the issue with the same format as this watch has been thought up initially”.

"Even your moderator on this forum seems to take part of the queue in in front of the sink, saying there are lots of layers in this story."

“Other brands taking their heritage into customer service-what is it with AP?”

“I have had no response from AP and the AP moderator thinks I'm a complaining moron. Other than that everything is fine”
You have also insulted our Moderator, MichaelC, on at least two occasions which, in my view, is pretty moronic considering he was working with AP behind the scenes in trying to help you resolve the situation.
So yes, in sum, I concur with the hypothesis that you are indeed a complaining moron.
Best regards,
