Not there yet

It’s simply a design concept. It’s not a real car and never will be. Jaguar will take some design elements and work them into a new car design. Other elements will be discarded for a variety of reasons. Many will have already been through clinics. As said before some will be kept, many won’t.

If you look at the history of Jaguar’s design concepts none have gone into production “as is”. Many have not gone into production at all. All they’re doing is testing out design elements.

Showing this concept is simply about shaking the public out of what it thinks “old” Jaguar was, and to prepare them for “new” Jaguar.

There are already new Jaguars running around being tested under heavily disguised camouflage that does not come close to reflecting this concept or the final design.

We’re a long way from seeing new Jaguars.
