At least here in Miami, you have Tesla and Lucid showrooms in upscale shopping malls.
I read somewhere that Tata is taking this small scale infrastructure approach to supporting Jaguar so that if the brand fails, the vehicle platforms and showrooms can easily be converted to Land Rover.

It’s simply a design concept. It’s not a real car and never will be. Jaguar will take some design elements and work them into a new car design. Other elements will be discarded for a variety of reasons. Many will have already been through clinics. As said...
