Well Porsche 911 is a classic of classic....
but my preference is by far the Dino 246 Spider, my head says that it is a "Real Piece of Art", "Architecture", "Sculpture". My heart has fallen in love with her many, many moons ago and still is. The problem is the bloody wallet 
My opinion on the others vintage car mentioned:
Alfa Romeo 2000 GT.....Absolutely beautiful, very well proportioned by a very inspired Bertone and I had a red one
Alfa Romeo Montreal....Loved it back then and there is one close by where I live, in my opinion it has not aged that well.
Fiat Dino......The Spider is Superb!
Fiat Coupe 850.....???????
Peugeot 504 Coupe......Pininfarina Elegance par Excellence.
Jaguar E Type.....Has to be the Serie III for me either coupe or convertible V12, still looks fantastic like a grand old lady, charming, elegant

in France, when your war is 30 years old, it is considered as a Collector.

There are classifications for the years.. :-) a VN, vintage? never. A 1961 Alfa is under Classic. A Volvo Vintage? Never. Classic, yes. Vintage...needs to be pre-1931.
