Beautiful Breguet.
Just today I was looking at this and its chrono models in white gold bracelets, just so chic.
As for the Cartier, my wife and father in law both have a tank francaise on bracelet, one is mechanical and the other one is quartz, they look good but a bit dated and old as a model and not in a good way. If I had to choose between your two options it would be the Dumont for me. Did you try them on your wrist?

I agree about the practicality of quartz. I myself had a Gold Tank Solo (quartz) back in 2010.
Whenever I want to wear it, just grab and go. This is good especially for dress watch which is not worn daily. That is also why I'm eyeing the Santos Dumont size L , two tone with quartz.

I also have a 36mm Cartier Rond as a dress watch, back from when Cartier was offering the watch on a black alligator strap. It’s quartz and I must admit it’s easy to just strap and go. There is always a place for a Cartier in ones collection.
