Now this is interesting. At first they didn't give me anything but a 2K invoice.
Not even a detailed work and parts been replaced. I told them thay Omega always return the broken and worn out parts when i send my watch for service. Breguet is a part of Swatch Group don't they have same policy.
The AD said Breguet Singapore's policy is not allowed to return the parts.
Then I asked about the details of work and parts, and finally they got them from Breguet.
Assuming Breguet won't lie about the works and parts because they have to maintain the reputation, I would have to believe them, right? There is nothing I can do about it. I do wish I got the parts returned as a solid proof.
So glad to have it back...

I agree about the practicality of quartz. I myself had a Gold Tank Solo (quartz) back in 2010.
Whenever I want to wear it, just grab and go. This is good especially for dress watch which is not worn daily. That is also why I'm eyeing the Santos Dumont size L , two tone with quartz.

I also have a 36mm Cartier Rond as a dress watch, back from when Cartier was offering the watch on a black alligator strap. It’s quartz and I must admit it’s easy to just strap and go. There is always a place for a Cartier in ones collection.
