These are nice references overall. Imperfect, but appealing.
The silver dial variant is particularly attractive, and a bit of a stylistic departure from the sportier Type XX dials. The silver dial is well matched with the rose gold case, whereas I'd like to see the big eye dial with a steel or titanium case.
The movement is not as pleasing to look at as the Lemania 2320 (or Vacheron Cal 1142), but it does feature modern subdial spacing. The industrial finishing is just adequate for a watch of this price, but there are technical and cosmetic benefits to choosing the 7278 over the (Lemania) 2320. It's important to remember which side of the watch is the end you look at all day. The subdial placement is better here than Vacheron's Cornes de Vache.
The watch is a bit thick, and the retail price is a bit high, but the decision to choose these watches over the competition, such as the aforementioned Vacheron or a Montblanc Minerva, is emotional not logical. I like these a lot more than last year's Type XX releases, which I would not be interested in at any price. It will be interesting to how these are received through the community.
The Ref 2075 may supplant Blancpain's Air Command as my favourite traditional chronograph under the Swatch umbrella.
