These are my sentiments as well. I don't know if I can 'intellectualize it', but with Cartier, I tend to prefer their 'plain' non-complication timepieces.... Perhaps it is because their design language, by default, imbues them with a certain character and charm, and other things become superfluous........

As a general rule, I feel that a tourbillon spoils that aesthetic of the dial. However in this case the Cartier “C” is a cool design detail. Hope you have a great weekend.
