Ok perhaps this is blasphemy...
I might be losing my posting privileges here, but I decided to dabble with putting on "watch protection film" on my jumbo. Many of you are probably familiar with Paint Protection Film and Wrapping when it comes to car paint protection, but when IG began to forward me ads on some of these stickers for watches, I decided to try it out for fun.
I mean, how many of you ask your dealer to keep stickers on the entire watch after purchasing? Or, at least stickers in the key areas where there tends to be scratches (the buckle, the case, and sometimes the bezel). It's probably a reason why I really appreciate ceramics in watches 
Anyway, I just installed a set on the case and bracelet of my jumbo. Take a look at the below.
First impressions is decent - although in the sloped section of the bezel there is clearly some demarcation that takes some getting used to.
I'll be posting some observations hopefully in the next week as I try this out.

Unfortunately all 18kt. bracelet watches are subject to scratches, dings and dents :-(
Over the years I've learned to wear all Stainless watches, and your model in SS is wonderful, for everyday wear. I only wear my 18kt. pieces for dress up days and nights. Just some food for thought. Lovey watch for sure. No stickers - Please!

Unquestionably, this will be a lifetime piece for me. That being said, maybe I am hopeful to find a rationale to wear this model more frequently than other pieces (to think about depreciating the purchase over as many uses) but that extraordinary bracelet...
It's your watch to wear as you see fit, but
Maybe consider a SS everyday "Beater"? IMHO an Omega SMP 2254.50 ticks all the boxes from being a bullet proof, excellent timekeeper, easy to read without being thick as a brick and most attractive. Just my 2Cs - again ;-)

I'll make sure nobody breathes around my watch as well. It might get a green patina.

You're just going to have to buy two! I admit that I suffer from the same phobia... We all want to retain that "new car smell" for as long as possible. My bracelets worry me the most, so I might be able to live with parts of the case unprotected... Howeve...

Then the remedy is remove and restick, unless the outcome really cheapens the look. But especially when there is sweater fabric or dust that sticks to the end, I recognize the folly of this exercise… Cheers Peter

Perhaps what I may gain is a little peace of mind? In the end, I can’t see the stickers nor the scratches, but I know when I accidentally smash the watch on a wall or a door or scratch this on a seat belt… I Cheers Peter
I get it
That exquisite brushed metal looks too good to be ruined. Some of the stickers are misaligned and one is upside down. If the stickers are perfectly aligned and don't move/come off, I won't have a problem with them.

Don't want scratches get a G shock? Cant afford scratches? Cant afford the watch. Worst thing I have seen today.
