Power Reserve Display Problem

Hello fellow purists'. It has been a while since I have posted here and chatted with GO owners. Hope all is well with everyone's watches and experiences. I have a small problem that just recently became a problem. I have owned my Senator Power Reserve for about a year and 5 months now, wearing it sparingly and very very carefully. Because it is constantly on a winder, it has rarely ever lost it's juice entirely. A few days ago, I mistakenly turned off the winder and consequently, today the watch stopped. Unfortunately, the power reserve needle has stopped at the second dot on the power reserve display from the bottom, just above the "AB". I partially wound the watch to see if this was perhaps a fluke but sure enough, the watch disposed it's energy before the power reserve could reflect the true energy available and return properly to "AB". I absolutely love this watch and am disappointed in this occurence. I was under the impression that I was buying a very well built German timepiece but now after only a year and a half, I'm not so sure. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks very much.
