I bought the same package last year and this year it was even $100 lower than last year...talk about inflation, then this is way better deal than getting from grocery meat department.
Appreciate the cow for feeding us, and hope I can help environment by lowering the greenhouse gases.
Also got the Zwilling vacuum packs to make it fresh, and I'm ready for the winter

. . . was thirty-one years ago. There was a 99Ā¢ special on Big Macs, so I had two.
I might become vegetarian for few months after thisā¦

One day in February 1990, I had maybe $5 in my wallet . . .
. . . and an appetite. The local McDonalds had a special on Big Macs so I ordered two, fries, and a Coke. After wolfing that meal down I was so disgusted with myself I became a pescatarian. Literally overnight. And haven't looked back since.
I find that I'm enjoying the lower grades more...
A5 is sometimes too fatty, and I sometimes prefer a lower grade. I have to really be "in the mood" for an A5 grade steak. So I know what you mean! And I suggest you try a lower grade that's got less fat.
Yes, I can also mix and match and like you said, in the mood.
Just like I used to be able to handle rib-eye, I now prefers New York. Regardless, itās a good deal so once a year is ok. Thanks!
Agree on it being overly fatty
Love it, yet it can get to be a bit much at times. Saw the Costco special and debated, yet that's a large qty for just the wife and i. Wonder how it would dry age.
