I had a chance to play with the panoinverse in rose gold at the end of the year and although it is fantastic to look at in the metal, I think the use of a black three-quarter plate on the steel version works a lot better.

Fantastic! I have handled the WG piece several times and the dial just does not work for my eye. I was all set for the SS Lunar XL grey dial, but this has slid past it on my GO wishlist. Great reporting Art! THANK YOU my friend!

This is a German made watch, even MORE german than Lange if i dare say! And btw, it's not ONLY platinum for me mon ami! I love titan and do have SS as well! Don't have to be LE, i have heaps of non-LE! And case size, don't forget, anything equal to or abo...

with normal alarm watches, you have a max from 12 hours in advance. I could use the more than 12 hour feature quite often! br, Dirk

Till now, I know only one watch which will allow you to set the hour of your alarm on 24 hours, the U.N Sonata. The other Alarms are on 12 hours, if I'm not wrong. So, the problem is that your alarm will sound twice a day, which is not a good thing. With ...

I would assume that many of us use their cell phones or PDAs to be reminded of the appointments they enter more or less days in advance. The trouble with a watch ringing five days later may be to recall why it is ringing I am surprised to read you asking ...

Thanks for burning the midnight oil to bring these to us, Art. Overall a very impressive line-up.....although I am disappointed that the Pano line is ignored altogether, yet again. The focus is very much on the XL line, which sadly is too big for me. The ...

Out of all the new watches I've seen from Glashutte Original this year, I think this Senator Diary is the most unique and interesting complicated watch. I look forward to seeing more about this watch!

do you mean I can set a specific day & time for the alarm? If so it does sounds like an impressive complication, although I have to wonder how practical this complication really is...

As an alarm fan, I've always wondered about the possibility of having an alarm settable in the future (even beyond 24 h). This is a fantastic watch indeed; would love to hear it.
