. . . as the Senator Diary struck me on a conceptual level as on a par with my favorite complication, the perpetual calendar. A perpetual transcends timekeeping by it's semblance to the passage of the calendar, expanding the perception of time reflected in a watch from half a day to the entire year. Similarly, the Diary's capability of programming an event well beyond the immediate present imbues it with the same character. The Senator Diary will, I think, be an alarm watch of choice for purists (small 'p' intended) . . . cordially, Art
