I would assume that many of us use their cell phones or PDAs to be reminded of the appointments they enter more or less days in advance. The trouble with a watch ringing five days later may be to recall why it is ringing 
I am surprised to read you asking for the interest of such a complication that nobody did before. What is the interest of moving the balance to the dial side of the PanoInverse? Beauty, I think and Passion. Isn't it the same with the multi day alarm? I see the only difference in the kind of beauty: Aethetical beauty here, technical beauty there.

I had a chance to play with the panoinverse in rose gold at the end of the year and although it is fantastic to look at in the metal, I think the use of a black three-quarter plate on the steel version works a lot better.
