Actually I think they are less accurate

 

than non-tourbillon wrist watches because, and please correct me here if I’m wrong, they are a pain to regulate as you have to re-assemble a Tourbillon every time you want to re-regulate it, it is very time consuming, so most producers don’t bother regulating it too much, I don’t think the owners care much either if their tourbillon is cosc standard or not, as they are generally, apart from examples from LF or some Patek etc, beautiful things to look at though a hole in the dial. I understand why people love them though, they are mesmerizing to watch.
