I am sure some of them have the issues you have mentioned and would really like to know which brands specifically you had this experience with however in my limited experience so far Christiaan Van Der Klaauw, Andersen Geneve and Vianney Halter have excellent after sales service, they went above and beyond what a main stream brand would have done and also I like their attitude towards their customers, nothing is impossible and they aim to please unlike some mainstream brand where you are just a number.
Even though we may disagree I still enjoy your posts and am grateful to you, they add color and fun in my life
